Please mail your damage deposit along with your signed Guest License Agreement, placing the name of the property, the dates of your reservations, and reservation number on your check. Full payment is due ninety days in advance of the occupancy date.
Any CANCELLATION must be made first by telephone, followed by a confirming email. Your deposit money will be forfeited. A refund of the rest of the amount that has been paid will be based on the number of nights we are able to rebook.
As we get closer to a date, we may discount the regular rate in order to fill dates still available. We will not be able to refund payment or reduce a rate already agreed upon. If this happens to you, please understand that you were able to have your choice of dates when you made your reservation and we are endeavoring to juggle all of our expenses and not have empty rooms at the last minute.
We recommend travel insurance since once final payment is received, refunds will only be issued if we are able to rebook your vacation nights.Travel insurance protects your deposit as well as the balance of your accommodation costs.
